Purchase any Hill’s® Science Diet® Light dry cat food (10.5 lbs or larger) or dog food (17.5 lbs or larger), between April 22, 2009 and August 26, 2009 and retain cash register receipt
Complete the entire rebate form Cut out a section of the packaging (showing the brand name) of the non-Hill's dog or cat food brand you currently feed

In an envelope with first class postage affixed, mail (a) completed rebate form, (b) the original cash register receipt dated between April 22, 2009 and August 26, 2009 for the qualifying Hill’s Science Diet Light purchase with the sales price circled, and © the label from a non-Hill’s brand of cat or dog food.
