Receive a e-Movie Cash Certificate good for a Free Movie Ticket (up to $9.50 value; “Free Movie Certificate”) by collecting and entering five (5) codes from the inside of specially marked packages of Kozy Shack regular and no sugar added pudding.
Each specially-marked package of participating 4-pack and 6-pack Kozy Shack pudding contains one alpha-numeric code printed on the inside of the package sleeve holding the individual pudding cups. Codes must be input exactly as they appear on package to be valid.
Qualifying Kozy Shack purchases must be made between 3/09/09 and 08/15/09.

Retain actual package panels with printed codes as they may be required for verification.
